Refer to the attached file called Miyako Winter Special for the current poster design. Job is to editing the design change to make it a little more "japanese influence". The original .psd file will be provided for you to make changes. Note that the .psd file is 180mb so please don't download unless you are entering the contest.
1) change the background, black in colour but needs a touch of japanese
2) increase the size of our logo to much bigger, and move to top of poster and center
3) other subtle design touches that makes it japanese
4) insert the following content:
"www.miyakocuisine.com.au"
"(03) 96999201"
"Shop UR2, Upper Level, Southgate"
5) change "limited portion..... pre-order today" to "Book Now and Don't Miss Out" and increase font size
6) Poster needs to be in Portrait. Dimension and ratio for 40 inches (101.6cm) in height and 30 inches (76.2cm) in width

Overall design needs to be close to existing one but more japanese. Needs to be classy and elegant suitable for a fine dining restaurant. No chopsticks on poster
