Website and smartphone app will be for people (client) who need a service from other people or companies (helper). Usually urgent.
People very often will be unable to exactly identify what kind of problem they have and who do they need to sort this problem. They are going to post vague information, photos.
After the post will be made, system and other reliable users will assign the post to the right category and add additional needed information for better description.
After the post made other users (helpers) who are subscribed to the category the post is assign will receive notification. Helper will see how far away is the client and then hi can: ask for additional information/photos, make an offer to do this for exact amount of money, make an offer to do this for free (this will give him some kind of reward points for generosity or something similar).
After the deal is made system will reserve the agreed amount of money from client. After the job is done, client and/or helper will upload some photos, information and both confirms that job is finished. After that each will have to leave a review.
The app should also have an emergency function which will send notifications to helpers who are in specific range (this can be used in only emergency cases where is very important to get help immediately, for example: flat tire in busy road, got into accident, broken pipe, etc.).
In the post client can include information how much he is willing to pay, or he is waiting for best offer or need help for free.
Website and app design must be as simple, not too crowded, convenient and user friendly.
Important to have simple distance guide, exact map guide/navigation (when deal confirmed), user and helper profile info, review system, messaging system, payment system.
There should be somehow shown that user or helper is private person/company.
Categories should be most common, simplified and easy to understand, find it.
This is where I am going to end. Right now I am looking for a designer to visualize this idea.
Please feel free to express this idea in your own way, if need additional information, ask. All I need you is to help me to visualize this idea.
There is high chance that later with the winner we will have long term relationships from which we will benefit both.
