I need a video/animation that shows the life cycle of the employee in our company, starting from hire to retire.
this animation/video will be used to present the HR implementation project deliverable and the integration with other systems.
the cycle will include two interrelated main cycles. first one, the stages/process in the HR system. second, systems/process integrated with the HR system and affect the employee.
The first cycle (HR Process):
1- recruitment (filling the candidate information in the system. Prepare the offer letter. send the offer to the candidate)
2- Hire (fill the employee basic information. fill the basic salary and all benefits will be populated automatically according to the employee grade)
3- In process (employees will be assigned to "In Process" location until governmental work and training is done). applicable for stores employees only!
4- Allocate employee to accommodation. applicable for stores employees only!
5- Assign employee to store. applicable for stores employees only!
6- HR operations (Transfer, Promote, leaves, termination)

Integration cycles (depend on HR process):
1- recruitment:
- send the offer letter to candidate by email.
2- Hire:
- send welcome SMS to employee.
- Create ERP user for the employee.
- Assign ‘Expenses’, ‘Self Service’ responsibilities to employee.
- Send SMS/email to employee with the ERP credentials.
5- Assign employee to store:
- send assignment SMS to employee.
- Push employee profile to Pulse POS.
7- HR operations (Transfer, Promote, leaves, termination, reimbursement)
- Transfer: push employee profile to new store and deactivate the profile in old store.
- Promote: push the updated designation to store POS.
- Integration with expenses module: all expenses reports submitted in the expenses module will be passed to payroll to be reimbursed automatically.
- Employees attendance will be collected from stores and stored in ERP.
