WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW HOMEPAGE, HEADER AND FOOTER

We are a brand new consumer electronics marketplace. Here is the link to our website http://ow.ly/TeLM0
There are several things we need to clearly explain above the fold which will require thought out design, images and text to explain our message and ultimately let people know why our consumer electronics marketplace is superior!
The primary things that will need to be explained above the fold are:
- 2 different buying
- 2 different selling options
- Free tools we offer, and that users may buy and
- Focus is on phones, tablets, laptops, gaming, ipods, cameras, calculators and wearable electronics. Can be displayed visually (realistic) http://screencast.com/t/4aZMv0YNyD or like icons http://screencast.com/t/5KrSuIqZJB9X

Our company does not buy and sell products, our users transact with one another.
Just like eBay, sellers can list items for sale and buyers can purchase any listings (they don't bid - not an auction site).
But what makes us unique is that buyers (anyone) can "Post Cash Offers". Buyers create an ad, indicating how much they are willing to pay for a device, typically buyers can save a lot of money by posting a cash offer. Sellers can browse these competing cash offers, pick one and sell immediately without listing their device for sale. Sellers are traditionally better off by selling to a cash offer on our site VS selling to a cash offer on one of the online sites (example gazelle.com)

PRIMARY MESSAGE & EXPLAIN (we are a marketplace where):
Sellers Can:
- List their items for sale and wait for a buyer "LIST IT"
- View competing cash offers for their devices, choose one and sell instantly. "VIEW CASH OFFERS"

Buyers Can:
- View listings, and purchase one if they want, "VIEW LISTINGS"
- Post a Cash Offer and wait for a seller to sell to their offer (all sellers/anyone can browse cash offers) "POST (A) CASH OFFER"


FREE TOOLS users can access via the homepage
- Free ESN/IMEI check
- What's my device worth "Worth Calculator"
- Check the specifications/specs for any device

We were thinking of a slider above the fold with 3 slides. SELLING SLIDE, BUYING SLIDE, and FREE TOOLS SLIDE. This is not required, just something we were thinking because there is so much information in a limited space.

OTHER SITE HIGHLIGHTS (check out our current homepage)
- Lowest seller fees out of any other site
- Get paid instantly when you sell - most other sites make you wait a long time
- Buyer and Seller protection offered by PayPal and beZilch
- The above mentioned buying and selling options are available "nationally" or "locally (like craigslist)

TECHNICAL
- We have developers that will implement the design. So you can focus on the design!!
- The primary FONT on the site is OPEN SANS

ATTACHED
- Company Logos (Vector)
- Icons (if you think you can use any of them - we are not set on them by any means)
- PNGs explaining each buying and selling steps; with icons and text. There seems to be confusion with users about Posting a Cash Offer and Viewing Cash Offers. A visual approach (step by step, infographic, icon, realism) may be appropriate to explain the buying and selling processes. It is not necessary but we will direct a lot of traffic to the homepage and it needs to explain what our marketplace is about, why it is better, and how to use it.
