another idea worth checking is: have the graphs of bullwhip (huge volatility at supplier and small demand change at customer) effect and under it write title title "PS audit". also can indicate supplier and customer if possible on the chart. for refference http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bullwhip_effect and pic from wiki

just added pics with gears, as can be used for logo PS / SC audit (product move).
also i have put some ratings and questions.

We are starting up consultancy services which will work cross European countries in the area of logistics and lean.
There is a need of great logo (and later for more design elements).
key items which can be considered:
-connection to the supply chain (production-shipping-storing-selling)
-audit
-lean
-digitization
-customer service
working draft name would be "PS audit" / "Logistic audit" / "audit...."
Ownership of the logo will remain on me.
