Dear Contest Holder, When designing this logo one thing into my mind is that in here customers will give complaints and from here solution will provided. So in "MY" words I have put a microphone/mike symbol in Y so it will represent that customers will provide complaints in here and you will listen to them. Also as you want I have put the website address below the logo. If you want to change and modify the logo and color please inform me. I will make it for you choice and satisfaction.
