We have a small job where we need someone to draft me a floorplans and external views for a small 3 storey building. Land plot has a complicated shape https://prnt.sc/1qvk6un , which probably required building to have nontraditional shape. Building area on plot is max 270 m2 and 2-3 storeys

Building is allowed to be build inside blue line, NB. do not cross yellow line with building http://prntscr.com/1rm0p0p

Main facade is marked here with white, including arrows pointing main view. Facade should have big windows.
Height of floors should be 4 meters for 1st floor, 4 meters for 2nd floor, 3,5 meters for 3rd floor apartment.

1.st floor - 1 floor: Half floor Office with min 50 m2 garage next to half floor cafe. One possible solution could look like this http://prntscr.com/1rm2bfe Max 270 m2
2nd floor - offices, should have flexible solution to rent out whole or partially, max 270 m2
3rd floor - 1 x 135 m2 4 bedroom apartment with max 135 m2 balcony. Apartment should be designed so, max 270 m2 total area

Once building is complete and locations and shape is known, we will guide you how to draw parking for 12 cars, this is part of assignement.
