Design a Logo for a quick service Japanese food outlet named ' Kagayaki'.
The Japanese name for the outlet have 2 versions - '輝き' or 'かがやき'.
The Japanese names can be incorporated into the logo but the English name is important too as the restaurant is situated in an English speaking country.

With the winning logo, design a 1m x 1m (approx.) signboard with background graphics and the logo.

Kagayaki means 'radiance'. It is the name of the founder. It is also in parallel with the concept of the Japanese flag or culture in general which looks to the land of the rising sun.

The main category of food served are donburi (rice bowl sets), katsudon (fried cutlets of meat), teppanyaki (hot plate cooking) and Ramen. The restaurant does not serve sushi.

This is a quick service restaurant. The target market is a younger crowd up to 40 years old. The image portrayed by the logo and signage should appeal to people from this age group.

The attached images may be used as inspirations. The images are credits to their respective owners and should not be manipulated. The door curtain attached will be feature in the restaurant.
