We have a test interface that displays word groups. See this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/klSlJB36e

In the test interface, the multi-word combinations take up too much space and we want them to dynamically open. The test site is PHP. In the interface, words can be up to 5-word combinations. (2) screenshots are included. The first is the current test page. The second is a FUNCTIONAL mock-up. The end results will need to plug into a chrome extension. The goal is to have a dynamic interface that is minimalistic. Example, the multi-word groups should have a minimal size until needed. 98% of the interface will be with the single word selections.

In addition to the layout, 2 items are needed. (1) The ability to upvote or downvote a word and (2) the ability to add/submit a word.

Hi there, just a few questions
-What you're building is a chrome plugin that displays word groups when you click on a word? Or does it have its own separate page that you have to actually visit?
-Also what you're looking for is merely an interface design rather than functionality, is that correct?
- is Angular a constraint here or a suggestion? because I feel like React could be a lot lighter to use here.
By functionality, I mean picking the words and all that.

  and the upvote/downvote may need to be functional to show how it works. The app will be using a lot of data, so that may mean angular is better, I'm waiting to hear back from my developer and will fill in what he says
