Here are the revisions, I couldn't find the exact pose you requested but I found a few that's I believe represent 'health-conscious shopping' enough. I hope I'm on the right track. :) The stocks are still free for commercial use.

This is more on the right track. The items behind her seem huge. I think because she is smaller, she shouldn't appear to be in front of the trash can.
