Experienced Illustrator – Winter Festival Site Map Illustrations

I am looking to build a long term relationship with an experienced Illustrator who can design our Ice Skating Site Layouts in a mystical ‘Narnia’ theme to engage our audience into what our Winter festival may behold.
This is one site map of 10 locations we’ll be holding this year.

The Illustrator takes the the audience to another place, one of excitement & intrigue. Another world. Behold what may lie ahead.

The illustration is fun, playful bringing to life an event space conjuring up emotional attachment with anyone who views the image.

Images of other Site Layouts that show event features in a fun and engaging way (however lack a common theme throughout the event graphics are) attached.

My target Market:
Challenge is to have an image that engages Both Adults & Parents.
IE
1. Adults to view the map and think that looks like a good night out with friends
2. Parents to view the map and think both I and my children will enjoy this night out.
3. Children look at the map and understand what the images mean and tell parents where they want to go at the event.

The work required would be:
Designing Site Map illustration to bring event site to life as outlined above.

Considerations:
Specific event activities IE Ice Rink, Ice Slide, Food Vendors etc on the map may need to be moved around. Therefore each activity completed as it’s own file allowing for change and movement on the original background.

Work Brief:

2. Federation Square Site Layout:
This is an CAD layout showing last years event.
This would be a good starting point. If you could design this layout with each element (Ice Rink, Ice Slide, Snow Pit, Alpine Timber Huts etc.) saved as it’s own file allowing us to move them around if needed.
