We would like to make a 3D animation/video for the following (attached image) showing a food extrusion system:
The process is as follows:
(1) The ingredients (mushroom, spices (also in paste form), and yeast paste) are mixed and blended into a homogeneous paste using a blender.
(2) Then, they are fed into the hopper and extruded using a double screw extruder (see attached image).
(3) Rectangular meat-looking blocks come out of the extruder.

After being extruded we obtain texturized protein (1.) or a mass of the product (2.) that can be shaped into spherical shapes (meatball like) or burger like patties.
Both 1 and 2 can be further processed by a person or pushed by a conveyor belt to be fried, baked, mixed with other ingredients to obtain stews etc.

The system dimensions are 0.5 m x 0.5 m x 0.5 m and the video duration should be about 20-25 seconds.

It will be great if you can show the four different items (oyster mushrooms, yeast paste, pelletized xanthan gums, and spices) that go into a blender, and then into extruder, and then blocks of meat comes out of extruder, final product such as patty can be shaped out of the meat block.

NEED MORE INFO! there are two types of extruders in the picture. Which one do you need in the animation? Do we have to show the pre/post extrusion process? Please let us know.

  Dear Ajil, thank you for your question. The second picture (lower image) is a 2D version of the 3D image shown above. We need only one of them to be animated. It will be great if you can show the four different items (oyster mushrooms, yeast paste, pelletized xanthan gums, and spices) that go into the extruder and the final product such as patty come out of the extruder.
