I am a homebuilder looking for a talented graphic artist to help me redraw a floorplan (3 floors total) for a brochure. PLEASE NOTE: I require the MIRROR image of the attached plan. ie. if you were to print out the attached plan and flip it over, that is the image that I require.

The floorplans are 2D, can be digital or handdrawn and B/W no colour is needed, just the outlines of the rooms and a general feeling of the space. I'd like to floorplan to look clean and simple, something a buyer would understand and not a construction schematic.
