I need a landing page which needs to have a rich and professional look.
This page will change the color based on the country selected.
Animated flag will be shown under the logo.
Also need dashboard for student level, admin level and instructor level.
Selected freelancer needs to provide the demo and needs to update as per feedback.
Awarded freelancer needs to provide source code and once we own the code the Freelancer should not use the code anywhere else.
