Good question. The lot is on 25 acres. It is 150 feet from the water. The house is 100' wide (with garage) and 50'' deep (with deck). The "cleared space" is about 200' across and 100 fee front to back. I can always clear some more space if needed. The property slopes towards the water. Thank you for your interest.
