     I like it, can you make the QR Code square bottom right of Q character more visible because I can't see it clearly in small logo.

  Also, customized (yet functional) QR codes themselves might be a good idea. Adding text and/or design within the code. Allows for fundamental symmetry; square or diamond.

  Please note that integrated concepts into one single image should be clever and with purpose, not just joined for the sake of joining them. Otherwise, it just looks messy and unprofessional. Also remember, some of themes here are: international/global, IT/technology, qr codes, mobile phones, connecting the real and digital worlds, etc. Creative ideas and clean ideas that bring these aspects together are ideal for the contest.
