I like the idea but I think you need to work on the tick a little. Great idea to have him passed out but it does not present clearly as a tick ... as for colours, yes you need some - I would prefer you to just throw some at me - I have found in the past that if I specify colours for a particular design everybody starts using those colours, whereas I would prefer to be surprised
