Looking for a suggestion for the existing domain

My vote is for a Sub-Directory!

Hello & Happy Independence Day! According to the whois information, your website was created in 2003, so it should have some importance in the search engine’s indexing. BTW it didn’t show me a rank while I checked google page rank. But if your website has been there for a while with some content in English, I would suggest you to use a sub-directory to get benefit from the current website’s indexing. A sub-domain will be considered an entirely different website by google and other search engines, so go for a sub-domain only if you want to keep everything separate from the original website otherwise a sub-directory will do the best for your business.
