Attached JPEG of sample document format. For Margin, I proposed left = 3cm so that it is easier if you need to bind the document later. Then, for top margin, I proposed = 2.54cm so that we can incorpo rate any heading that you wish. In the sample, I include logo and details of the company & document at the heading (top). Next, for right & bottom margin, we can maximize them to 1.75cm so that we have ample paper space for written document. I also show you that I am able to do structural diagram / chart and also table. You will find that the line spacing between the written document is 1.25 and Arial font at size 11 is readable. Please contact me if you have any question.
