My client needs an App that will be used by citizens to get information about HIV/AIDS, and have the following features ( see included link https://www.who.int/hiv/mediacentre/news/oral-prep-app/en/)
in addition, users can create account but no real names should be captured. Aliases allowed. System needs a chat forum so users can discretely chat with counselors for support. Push notifications option should be included and a secure login process.

What we need right now is just a mock up wire frame. If interested for this and a long term assignment, please respond with evidence of previous works. solution should be able to work on all common mobile platforms.
