I am looking to host an architectural competition with the primary objective of selecting a unique and innovative design for a mixed used project located in Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico. The competition is aimed at fostering creativity while focusing on contemporary architecture that blends with the local style and sustainability.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven work experience in architectural design, particularly in contemporary residential buildings.
- Proficiency in architectural software programs.
- Strong portfolio to showcase previous works.
- Excellent sense of design and visual composition.

Expectations:
- Creative and unique modern architectural design.
- Compliance with all current building standards.
- Efficient use of space while maintaining aesthetic integrity.
- Detailed plans and 3D visualizations.

Minimum submittal requirements:

Front elevation of the complex based on the sketches provided with should include:

Landscaping: Notice the difference in elevation from street level to the lot, this small hill side should include landscaping that fits the project.
Front gate entrance: It is expected that the contestant proposed an entrance gate, the front wall and gate of the property should not exceed 1 meter tall from grade.
Main entrance demarcation feature

-Interior floor plans for level 1 and 2
Level1: Includes area for an office
Level2: Residential apartment or studio

-Site plan

This Phase 1 of the project will only focus on the entrance façade to the complex, an area of around 40 meters wide by 30 meters depth.
