I provide a reference model and you will have to realize a banner (1000*208) representing a cool, cartoonish and original (customized) fortune teller and lighting up telephone numbers + an image (820*520) including 2 custom characters (or the same character of the banner, but it has to be doing something different) and pulsing telephone numbers and letters.
It's important to realize both pictures with a catchy character and light colors; the theme of the banner should be cartomancy, the themes of the picture should be cartomancy and love.
