Tóm tắt cuộc thi

Hi,

We have an unusual business concept. Our goal is to convey the concept in an easy to understand and not overwhelming manner.

Our current site (www.punt2buy.com) has a home page that we user tested. We have found that new customers are overwhelmed with all the information on the screen and find it hard to digest immediately whats going on. Also we need to reassure customers that the prices they see are FINAL, and there is no catch or scam, that what they see is what they pay.

The concept is as follows:
We sell electronics and gadgets.
Everyday we have special prices for these items depending on sports results.

Example:
Team 1 vs Team 2.
If you select Team 1 to win you pay $500 for an Iphone 6 (and $550 if they lose)
If you select Team 2 to win you pay $350 for an iphone 6 (and $550 if they lose)
And the Retail price for the item is normally $650

So for the customer its a WIN-WIN proposal.

This is how we need to illustrate the value proposition for our potential customers.

Like mentioned earlier, the problem is that currently the elements on the page are somewhat overwhelming for customers and the concept is not immediately clear.

The Brief:
We are looking for a fix of our current design (not an entirely new design). We are looking for .psd and .png files only, no html or css.
We would like to minimize the css and html work required to fix the current page. So if your design requires crazy amounts of css and html redesigns, thats bad.

That it to say, we need to fix the existing elements, whether that be colours, or fonts, or additional text and graphics, but the following elements need to remain on display somehow:

1. Header with the team names (we have different background images for different sports), Currently we have a problem with some of the text blending into the background (the date of the match and the league of the sport) so we need to fix that.

2. The WIN/LOSS price for both teams. Although it is currently messy, im open to ideas as to how to present this information better, cleaner, etc

3. The DONT PAY price, although im open to ideas as to how to present it, but it must be shown clearly so customers can compare their savings on products.

4. The carousel at the bottom with different sports and the PRICE MAY GO UP bar. These elements i would like to remain, but they dont need to look like they do now or be in the same sport. Ive had comments that the PRICE MAY GO UP is overwhelming. So if we can present that better, that would be good. Currently every 30 seconds the prices of the products do move up and down, and we would like to convey that somehow.

Summary:
We need a fix of the current design without changing the html or css too drastically. The goal is to simplify the concept so new customers can easily and quickly understand our value proposition.

A secondary goal is to reassure customers that the prices they see are the final prices. There are no hidden fees or further costs, and we would like to convey that this isnt a scam and not a trick.

We do not need html or css, just the .psd file and a ,png

Feel free to navigate the rest of the site to see how the other pages look and interact. Its important we don't break the entire design and have something that keeps in line with the current style.

Coding not required. But you have to keep in mind that my developer needs to edit our existing html to implement your design. So we dont want to have revolutionary designs that will require extensive modification to our html.
