  Would only allow me to submit one picture, and it had to be a picture... I do have an Autocad file with further clarifications made as well as a word file with specifications such as the recommended back splash, etc. This was incredibly challenging without being able to talk to you in person, but hopefully this helps you get started.

  Do you have a floor plan? It is not clear where the fixed windows are located.
  
  Also, it says that the files must be provided in both AI and EPS - is that correct? It seems redundant. Would sketchup, autocad, or even just JPEG be okay?

     i cant seems to change the file format choice, the default was AI and EPS, yes pls furnish with sketchup, autocad & jpeg
