Do you have a great idea for a short story? This contest is for a very short story of between 400-500 words. Content should be aimed at adult readers, but using simple vocabulary. It can be any G-rated genre.

Submissions are judged based on the following criteria:
• Excellence of the content, with particular emphasis on the ability to capture adult interest levels
• Reading level simplicity
• Grammatical correctness

Submissions can be in English or Spanish or both. Submissions with both languages are rated more highly.

  The story will be published through a new app that is being developed. I will own the rights to the content in all languages/territories/formats, but I am happy to give attribution to the original author. I will select at least one, but will select multiple if there are multiple high-quality entries.
