We are NOT looking for logo design!
This project is to recruit new Brand owners, or Product Designers to be part of our company’s Talents Incubation Program (TIP).

Please also attach your:
1) Portfolio of samples, past works or projects, and
2) Pitch Deck as below requirements.

As an established Brand for Corporate and Consumer Novelty Gifts, we are recruiting new Brand owners, or Product Designers to be part of our company’s Talents Incubation Program (TIP). The benefits of working with us would be that you will be incubated and be exposed to all your Corporate clients and Consumer database, and to be proposed as part of our Corporate gift solutions, or be promoted as novelty Consumer products via our network of retail, or E-shops. The most preferred partners would be those with distinctive and charismatic brands, products, designs, or even iconic characters with stories already published on printed or social medias with good followings.

Hereby we would wish to invite you to participate in our contest to be recruited as our TIP top talents. Final selected winners would be offered a Partnership contract to grow together.

Below are compulsory details to be submitted in your Presentation pitch deck.
Submission Dateline for the deck will be 30th May 2023.

KINDLY PRESENT ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION IN BELOW SEQUENCE:
Target Audience:
a)Does the brand or product have a clearly defined target audience?
b)Does it resonate with a specific demographic or psychographic segment?
c)Is it strictly localised or can be globalised?
d)Will the brand or product be more suitable for B2B or B2C segments?

Brand Story:
A compelling brand story can help create an emotional connection with potential customers.
a)Does the brand or product have an interesting and authentic story that can be leveraged in marketing and promotion? Please share in detail the Brand/Product story or persona.

Unique Selling Proposition (USP):
a)Does the brand or design have a distinctive feature/s or value proposition/s that sets it apart from the competition? (You may use the Positioning Chart to visually present the current/future position)
b)Can these be easily copied by competitors?
c)Are there ways to prevent or set barriers for copy-cats?

Design and Innovation:
a)What are the most innovative and aesthetically pleasing design elements?
b)Does it demonstrate a unique and fresh perspective?

Commercial Potential:
a)How commercially viable is the brand or product?
b)What is the estimated potential market size by quantity and amount (USD/SGD)?
c)How many of each SKU had already been sold at what quantity?
d)How much is the current Gross profit?
e)Will profit drop in the long run as competitors catch up?

Manufacturing and Production Capabilities:
a)How many batches of products had already been produced and at what quantity for each batch?
b)What is the Min Order Quantity set by your OEM manufacturer or own factory?
c)Is the current manufacturing process reliable and efficient in terms of quality and delivery?

Scalability:
a)How can the brand or product scale and grow beyond its current state?

Media Presence:
a)Are the signatures products or design, or iconic characters with comic series stories already published on social or paper medias?
b)Does the brand or designer have an active and engaged social media presence? Please provide the URL links.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
a)Describe any CSR elements or ECO-friendly concept for the Brand or Product?

Intellectual Property (IP):
a)Is the brand or product protected by trademarks, patents, or copyrights?
b)Who owns the IP?

Team Capabilities:
a)Do you have a strong team with the skills and experience needed to bring the product to market? This includes marketing, sales, and operations expertise.

Your Portfolio:
Please also attach your Portfolio of samples, past works or projects.

Any Other Information:

This programme is launched as we like to be connected with design talents who we may work together with our corporate clients' projects, or designers who have good illustrations / designs that can potentially be marketed and licensed on merchandise etc. Do let us know if you need any further clarifications.     Hi all, thanks for making the logo for the 'Talent Incubation Programme'. However, may we clarify that the this contest is to get to know talents we can work with and not to design the logo of the programme.

    1) Send us your design portfolio or link to your portfolio
    2) Reply to the questions as asked in the description (especially if you have designed a mascot / character unique to yourself that you feel has to potential to be licensed and branded)
