  I think this is all about finding an icon set which can go good with all backgrounds. whats your opinion?

     I think it is somewhat difficult if you want both outstanding. As in my design, the image was blurred, combined with black above to highlight the icon, I added the white circle (with transparency), do any background, icon will be clearly shown...
