I like the minimalist look on this can you work on:
-the front cover, not too engaging
-all thre pages need to be more "powerful"

Creative explanation on existing cover design:
- colour square means 'community' , 'multilevel' , 'multi platform', 'events'...
and design follows subsequent pages.
Now, I will redesign it according to your requirement.
Some enhancement from me :
1. There should have a index page.
2. Ultimate emailable PDF should interactive (In index page, when user click on page number, that page will open. And, in all pages, there should have a 'back' button to return to index page.
