The theme is a vintage carousel. It should have the look and feel of a vintage scarf. So please no cartoon characters. The scarf is not for children and so should not look like a children's item. Overall dimensions 95 cm x 95 cm. The attachment below has further details.

Dear CH, as it is a guaranteed contest, you can not get back your money at any condition, so some dishonest contestants are submitting fake entries, as they know, if you don't select a winner, the prize money will be shared between all the freelancers! So i suggest you to choose at least a freelancer, Please choose the best entry from them. Something is always better than nothing! Don't let the foul freelancers to take advantage from your lacking.
