I just started a YouTube Channel one month ago by the name of Arttective.

You can also check out my only video that I've uploaded since to get an idea.

If you haven't figured it out, it's formed from the words "Art" and "Detective".

Overview of the channel:
-An analytical look at art in general
-Create video essays to be posted on YouTube
-The channel will cover everything from films, books, paintings to books, video games, etc.

What I expect:
-A very cool logo that is attention-grabbing. When users scroll through recommendations and by chance find my video, they should be inclined to check it out.
-Logo maybe minimalistic or abstract or both. I cannot think of any specific visual representation for my channel so I'm completely open for suggestions when work begins.
-The cover photo should be pleasing, a kind of hip, retro look.
-Would be a plus if the graphic designer has worked on logos before and understands art in general.

Both channels have a simple but beautiful logo. I'm more inclined towards having an abstract logo like Great Big Story. Also, this logo is going to be used in the thumbnails for the videos as well (I'll make those myself). You can check out both the channels and see how they use their logos in the video thumbnail to distinguish themselves apart from other videos.

Looking for more moderately experienced designers. New Freelancers need not apply. Only freelancers with their portfolios attached will be considered. Will be a huge plus if you have already designed logos and cover arts for YouTube Channels in the past.
