Looking to achieve a code either in Python or JavaScript to build an API where I can post data like text, SVG file, font, text alignment and the code in the backend will generate image with the text taking the SVG shape submitted with the payload (Example attached).

Please note that I looked through libraries in NPM and Python and couldn't find any that would solve the problem also in Stackoverflow.

I would need detailed solution or at least hint of how to achieve such solution
