I have taught at the "Antonio José de Sucre" University Institute of Technology. Also at the National Experimental Polytechnic University of the Bolivarian Armed Forces. I have also served as Municipal Engineer and Director of Urban Development of the Guanipa Mayor's Office of the Anzoátegui State. He also held positions in different private companies in the area of Construction and Engineering. I am currently a full-time professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the Universidad de Oriente Anzoátegui Nucleus, Cantaura Extension.
