The typical problem with these devices is that they tend to want to open whenever the page changes, not just when the visitor leaves the site. To combat this (and prevent having to add tacky "exit=false" tags to every link in the site), we've added an "onclick" fuction that evaluates every click that a user makes, and determines whether or not they're leaving the site.
