There will be more features, like agent login for regional sales areas, and affiliate tracking, more detail and the opportunity to incorporate an SMS service and freephone service to an office etc....

We will discuss more in detail once we see intial quote for cloning these sites..

We suggest you sign up to the sites (you can run through a fake ad and place one for free if you like to see the processes involved)...

No quote, we will NOT consider your bid. Please, no ripped off real estate scripts, we want a proper functioning web site for this. Also appreciate that the programming will be geared to UK market so USA terms are not required here!

The script will be soley owned by us, it is to be template based to allow easy scaling later and the source code once written must not be shared with any third party or be used to create clone sites for others.. You WILL be required to sign a confidentiality clause to this effect once work begins.

Payment will be as follows: 10% once first working draft is available to test on your servers, 70% on completion and installed to our servers, the remaining 20% after 6 weeks and bugs resolved.

YOu will be required to fix minor bugs and unforeseen amendments for the first 6 months free of charge.
