I am looking for a freelancer who can help me post my 3 vacation rentals on sites that target Chinese, Japanese, and Korean audiences. Here are the details of the project:
For this project limited to one site first but many more sites if this project works out good in follow up projects
Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in either Chinese, Japanese, or Korean languages to accurately translate the vacation rental descriptions.
- Familiarity with popular vacation rental sites that target the Chinese, Japanese, and Korean audiences like :
1. iNest: iNest is a Chinese vacation rental management company. They offer a variety of services to help you list and manage your property on Tujia, including photography, listing creation, and marketing.
2. PMS China: PMS China is a Chinese vacation rental management company. They offer a variety of services to help you list and manage your property on Tujia, including pricing optimization, guest communication, and cleaning coordination.
3. Pandacheck is a platform that helps property owners list their homes on various Chinese vacation rental platforms, including Tujia. They can assist with communication, marketing, and managing bookings.
4. Homelink specializes in connecting international homeowners with Chinese platforms for vacation rentals. They provide services to facilitate the listing process and communication with Chinese guests.
5. Juwai is a real estate platform that focuses on connecting international property owners with Chinese buyers and renters. They can assist in listing your vacation rental on relevant Chinese platforms.
