Rotoscope Hand (100 Frames) - Some Motion Blur

I need 100 frames of a hand rotoscoped. The hand is wearing a blue glove in front of a white background. It does not lose separation from the background. However it does have some motion blur.

Please find two samples attached. One is clean and the other is the MOST amount of motion blur you'll have to work with.
