The application will be a market in a city, and we will divide the city into different areas. Area 1, 2, 3 etc…
Each area will have different sections, a cardView for example.
Section 1 will be a market. The market will have different categories such as Cloths, electronics, home appliance etc… and we will rent online shop for merchants. The shop will include product details such as description, price, contact details and images.
Section 2 will be for sell. In this section we will allow users to upload their own items to sell it on the app. The section will have free ads and paid ads. The ads will include item details such as description, price, and images.
Section 3 will be Free items. In this section residents of the area will offer items they will give for free for their neighbors, so they will be allowed to upload items details images contact details etc…
Section 4 will be Help you can ask or offer help from your neighbors such as pickup and drop off service etc... also, the users will upload the service they need or offer similar to section 2 and 3.
** sections 2,3 and 4 they are the same feature with different names.
Section 5 Carpool. In this section you can offer or ask for carpool service in the area. The user will need to show the rout and whether is the service is free or paid and any deeded details.
** all payments will be through mobile payment services
The requirements

2- developing the app based on the aforementioned features
3- web application for managing the app and also for the merchants to show their products.
** the app will be for android only.
** send push notifications to users when needed
