OpenVPN Obfusecation On Server(CentOS) And Client(Win + Android)

I am seeking a skilled developer to set up a new OpenVPN system with obfuscation on my CentOS server. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical knowledge with OpenVPN and experience in adding obfuscation to existing setups. Additionally, the candidate must have experience working with Android And Windows devices as they will be the primary client devices for this project. The project will involve the following:

- Setting up a new OpenVPN system with obfuscation on CentOS server

- Configuring the system to work with Windows And Android devices

- Ensuring that the system is secure and reliable

- Documenting the setup process for future reference

Note: You should have a good reputation in freelancer. I can not hire new users for this project.

In my area most of vpns such as OpenVPN does not work anymore.

And we have many problems for update windows and using bing search engine and facebook and other social networks.

So the purpose of this project is not illegal.

We only want a way to access legal sites again.

I am c# developer and i configured OpenVPN many times.

But obfuscation it is a little bit fishy.

There are many samples on github and it seems those methods are coming from people who banned OpenVPN to us.

If you are capable on this i need a full document for all commands on centos 7.

Your method should work on both windows and android devices as client.

Before release the payment i want to test your method on my vps to see is it working or not.
