I am looking for an expert and seasoned application developer to make a Prototype. the application is intended for students benefiting from a scholarship. The idea is to provide them with an android mobile application that integrates an electronic wallet linked to a virtual bank card. Each scholarship can therefore be paid by transfer via an application which will be intended for paying agencies (state, school, rectorate, ministry of national education, etc.). Each student can therefore, upon receipt of his scholarship, use his wallet and virtual card for payments or withdrawals from a bank ATM. No more long lines to be paid his scholarship. This payment can be monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, every 6 months or annually.
The business model consists of earning revenue on each transaction or operation on each electronic wallet and virtual card with a configurable amount. The application should also make it possible to open up to the integration of the mobile money service of Telecom operators in revenue sharing mode, to be able to also make revenue sharing with the paying establishments, all in a configurable way on the amounts and percentages. I need someone who is creative who does not expect a classic specification but who surprises me positively by starting from my idea. you will need to create and design a logo and configure the addition of several partner logos. The language will be french ans english.
