Native Writers Required - Write High Quality Articles
$15-25 USD / giờ
Employees will be required to write a set number of stories per day on a fixed, weekly schedule. They will be given story source URLs on which they may conduct research, but they are required to conduct further research from other sources independently in order to develop the story and verify data / facts. Copywriting will result in immediate dismissal. Regular discussions with the editors online via Skype of other chat media will be required in order to plan story angles and other issues. Stories will be graded based on the amount of time required to edit the story prior to publishing (very well researched, well written stories will require less editing). Pay grades will be assigned accordingly (i.e.: bonuses will be provided for excellent work, while satisfactory work will result in basic pay). Exceptional work (those with professional abilities) will be selected to be promoted, and bonuses and raises will be negotiated. Some training will be provided initially.
