Custom SSO cookie script

Requirement:

We need to have a web page script created that decrypts a cookie from our intranet solution, extracts a required field (email address) and creates a new cookie for an external site and forwards the user to that site.

Documentation:

We have the guide from our intranet provider (intranet dashboard) in how to decrypt the cookie for each user, we also have the guide from our external site (ideascale) in what format the new cookie needs to be created in, we just need a developer to help create a script which will perform the cookie conversion script in a format that can be embedded in a web page (javascript, ASP etc).

Developer:

You will have knowledge of encrypting and decrypting cookies, writing web page scripts and the ability to work quickly.
