Make work asp contact form

We have an asp site running in iis7 and the developer has done a contact form that does not work.

You will have to check the code to make it work and / or review server configuration to see if it's a code problem or server configuration.

Problem has to be solved in less than 24 hours.

Ftp and remote desktop will be provided
