218943 Renovation Existing Site ASAP

I have an existing website for real estate [url removed, login to view] it serves multiple countries from one code and one database. I need someone to work with me to do the following

1. Change the database to MS SQL from access

2. fine tune the coding

3. Adapt some new changes using some componets (very easy) from persist (aspemail, asppdf)

I need this done asap and i need dedicated people on this job.
