Re-design of dating website

I have a dating website at [login to view URL] It has over 1,400 free members and is growing quite quickly. Would like to have the home page re-designed so that it looks much better and is very search engine friendly. Don't mind if its a template, providing that it looks really good. There are other areas of the website that needs to be looked at and fixed ASAP. Also need help to sort out the admin area. If I'm happy working with the person that re-designs the website then I'll consider paying them a small monthly retainer to assist me in the running and working of the website.
