The communication platform is WebRTC
The problem we have is that when the internet suffers a few packet losses during a call, the client leaves the channel and then it is completely silent until the call is disconnected.
We simulate the same scenario with a softphone, after the internet is disconnected and reconnected, the call continues and there is no problem.
