Structural Engineer needed for stamped drawings for building permit in Oregon.

I'm building a 4-story duplex in Portland, Oregon. I need complete structural engineering and drawings done for the plans I have attached. Foundation on up to the roof. Sections, details, rebar, whatever Portland Building Services will require, the whole enchilada.
I am acting as my own contractor and builder in a building I will occupy. I want plywood specified instead of OSB in floors and sheathing, and would prefer engineered 2x floor trusses instead of TJIs (basically I don't trust OSB over the long haul). Exterior walls to be 2x6 or deeper, heavily insulated, 24" stud centers if possible. I want to be able to send finished files to materials suppliers for quick takeoff.
The freelancer must be licensed to provide engineer's stamp in Oregon and able to deliver a set of drawings for permit.
I can supply the .dwg files for floor plans.
Like everyone else, I'm in a bit of a hurry so I'd like completion within two weeks of awarding the job.
