I'm in need of an adept Architect who can create a conceptual design for a residential house, aligned with a modern style. The main objective is to utilise these designs to obtain planning permission. Once the concept gets refined, the designs will be passed to a local architect and engineer to finalize and prepare for submission.
Other responsibilities include creating marketing renders of the designs. It will be pivotal throughout the promotion process. The highlights of this project are:
• Conceptual Designs: Develop initial modern-style designs for a residential structure.
• Planning Permission: The designs should be suitable for obtaining the same.
• Marketing and Promotion: You'll also need to generate presentations and visuals suitable for marketing efforts.
Skills:
• Architectural Design: Proficiency in modern residential house design.
• Planning and Development: Expertise in creating designs for obtaining planning permission.
• Rendering Skills: Ability to create realistic and engaging renders for marketing purposes.
Previous experience in residential house designs and success in securing planning permission would be ideal. Kindly include examples of your past work in your proposal. Looking forward to a productive collaboration.

Main house: Up to 350,000 m2. T3 + 1 study/additional bedroom 3/4 bathrooms plus social WC
SSW facing with large balcony in the first floor (wrap around?) plus terrace to gardens
Additional buildings - connected garage, pool house/ BBQ and bar. Shower and WC - 50m2
Note, large subterranean water tank can be be used as that to store emergency water and rainwater or to house the pool equipment.
