Business plan - relaunch of high end design lighting company

We are a small London/Vienna based company producing high end lighting ([url removed, login to view]).
The introduction of new EU laws around LED lighting hit us badly. Following very positive client feedback we decided now to re-fresh out product catalogue and invest into a push for our products and brand, based now on LED.
Currently the company is going through a complete revamp. Experts are working currently on branding, PR strategy and new products designs; all aiming at a ‘soft restart’ in autumn 2013.
In this context we seek support from an experienced business plan writer to put together all the various elements into a business plan which will form the basis for execution in the next 12-36 months.
Candidates have ideally affinity to and experience in design, branding and distribution related to interior or other design products and can be also a good sparing partner. We expect the numeric, financial work to be rather light.
Direct competitors are all private companies; still we would aim to include some competitor and market analysis which will require investigative research work.
In terms of quantity we’d expect the work to be around 25, incl. charts and tables, plus basic financial and cash flow forecast (Excel). We’d like to start asap and aim to finish the job by July.
