WHY: FOOD = HAPPINESS

The difficulty with Indian restaurants around the UK is reliability. It is always in my view a hit or a miss. Hear a good review and give it a go – that seems to be the motto. And when we come across a fantastic one – it is always a solo run place. The market is slowly saturating with reliable chain restaurants varying across cuisines around the world but the one country that seems to be missed is India. My mission is and will be to bring fresh, nourishing and finger licking authentic Indian food that is available to all.
