I need to develop a program to manage a small clothing store; I'm quite open to discuss program languages and databases as long as it does what I need.
It has to manage the following:
• Inventory
• Sales
• Accounting
• A barcode reader
• It needs to be easy localizable, so it should have its own languages files for translation
• I need a graphical interface that is simple and intuitive (I had in mind something like office 2003 style but here also I'm open to good ideas for a good usability.)
I'm still contracting with the client so I need a down to earth price to be able to make a reasonable offer, then I’m going to finish to work out the details of the requirements analysis.
I'd like to have a look at previous work you’ve done. I’d also like to work closely with frequent feedback and releases, especially for this first project, so we can cut time loss and misunderstanding for both of us.
I need a fully functional program, so I expect you to get rid of bugs as long as they come out.
This is the first of a series of projects I will have on a regular basis.
